Recent in Uniunea Europeana s-a deschis piata produselor fotovoltaice pentru productia de "energie verde". Deocamdata doar in cateva tari europene - Germania, Italia, Spania, Grecia - autoritatile statale asigura facilitati economice investitorilor pentru a stimula investitiile.

Tegosolar produce cu 10 pana la 20% mai multa energie decat panourile fotovoltaice cu siliciu mono sau poli cristalin uzual intalnite pe piata. Factorii decisivi care influenteaza performanta modulelor fotovoltaice sunt nivelul de radiatie solara, temperatura de lucru, gradul de poluare, spectrul solar, unghiul de incidenta al razelor solare pe suprafata modulelor. AVANTAJELE TEGOSOLAR

Iata cateva din avantajele modulelor fotovoltaice TEGOSOLAR cu siliciu amorf aplicat in tehnologia "thin film", cu tripla jonctiune:

  1. Raza larga de utilizare: poate fi orientat Est/Sud/Vest si cu o inclinatie optima intre 5 grade si 60 grade. Pozitionare in afara acestui interval asigura un randament de ridicat de 93%, putand fi productiv si in pozitionari de fatada (90 grade).
  2. Tegosolar poate produce energie in conditii de eficienta chiar si la temperaturi maxime ridicate de pana la 85 grade C.
  3. Tegosolar functioneaza la lumina directa solara dar si la lumina difuza. Modulele valorifica un spectru radiant solar larg datorita tehnologiei "tripla jonctiune" cu trei straturi de celule fin aplicate (celule rosii, verzi si albastre). Din acest motiv modulele Tegosolar produc energie la 60-65% din capacitatea maxima chiar in zilele de iarna complet innorate. De asemena au capacitatea de a lucra intr-un interval orar extrem de larg in cursul unei zile indiferent de conditiile de insorire.
  4. Modulele Tegosolar sunt flexibile si usor de pus in opera.
  5. Modulele Tegosolar au masa redusa - 12 kg/mp si nu implica modificari legate de incarcarea la vant si zapada.
  6. Modulele fotovoltaice Tegosolar se integreaza perfect arhitectonic.
  7. Fiind flexibile si avand o grosime de aprox 6 mm modulele fotovoltaice Tegosolar se pot aplica aplica prin fixare mecanica sau prin vulcanizare , pe suprafete plane sau curbe asigurand o perfecta impermeabilizare.
  8. Cost de productie (in termeni de energie utilizata) redus: este nevoie de doar 1,5 ani de exploatare pentru a acoperi energia utilizata pentru realizarea produsului.
  9. Fiecare modul fotovoltaic este legat de celelalte cu legaturi prevazute cu diode by-pass lucru care asigura functionarea sistemului la randament ridicat chiar si in cazul deteriorarii accidentale a unei celule.
  10. Suprafata modulelor fotovoltaice este acoperita cu polimeri cu durabilitate mare care asigura capacitatea de autocuratire sub influenta ploii, elimina efectul de reflexie si mareste durata de exploatare. Modulele fotovoltaice Tegosolar sunt pedonabile si nu necesita intretinere speciala fiind acoperit la suprafata cu un film de teflon capabil de auto-curatare la ploi. Produsul este rezistent la grindina.
  11. Modulele fotovoltaice Tegosolar prezinta unul dintre cele mai mari rate de randament existente pe piata (kwp/kwh) fiind cu 15-20% mai eficiente decat panourile fotovoltaice uzual intalnite pe piata.
